I wish I could give negative stars. My father, who is 81, went to this urgent care facility instead of the one he usually goes to in Wheeler. Dr. Amy was the provider who saw him and I cannot express how horrible the treatment was. My father is older, so he requires someone who will listen to him and repeat things if necessary. Horrible experience doctor don’t care about you and your well being
Don't go to the closest doctor or urgent care. Research your doctor and take it seriously. Skip this place. Skip Adventist Health in general. In January, I was denied a referral to a Neurologist by Dr. Amy. In February, I was hospitalized with a tumor in the meat of my spine. The Neurologist team was amazing at OHSU. Dr. Amy and Adventist Health have been nothing but dangerous with how they approach medicine.
Took my very disregulated and very sick toddler to Urgent care today as her RSV symptoms have gotten worse.. just following guidance from her primary care and seaside hospital. I didn't expect to leave there feeling worse than when we went in. Admittedly at my wits end and overly sensitive, I left in tears because of our experience there.
