My 8 year old daughter has been going here since she was in the womb and I have been going here off and on for many years as well and have had no issues with the medical care either of us have received. Sometimes it can take awhile to get an appointment but they cater to low income families with government health insurance and have an urgent care that I have only used a couple times but always was seen within a reasonable amount of time when I had to do so.
I tried for years with this place. I tried and tried for years and you know what it’s the absolute worst. The people on the phone are the worst. The doctors are the worst. Every way this place can be bad is bad and I just kept giving them another chance and another chance and I finally just hung up today and found a different provider out of town. Im willing to drive way far out of town because I can’t find any providers that take Gold Coast who don’t absolutely suck!
