The doctor there called me to tell me she gave me the wrong medicine. I already had taken it for 5 days, now I have to take another medicine that she said "should" help me. They don't know what they are doing.
WHY DOES NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE?!
I've never been to such a deplorably ran place. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. I couldn't get the office on the phone OR VIA TEXT to tell me where to go. There is NO SIGNAGE in the parking lot regularly accessed by patients. I stayed on the phone whilst texting and also running through the parking lot! I'm here for heart problems and I'm just running from building to building. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were snotty and succinct. The office DID NOT CARE. Shittiest customer service in Ventura. Can’t answer the phone after 5 times and waiting almost 2 hours total for those phone calls just for them to not ever pick up. And still managed to bill me after refusing me service because of my insurance policy
