The staff here is generally helpful, but the overall quality of care management has been extremely disappointing. I’ve experienced multiple issues, including blood tests not being correctly assigned and, most recently, a very frustrating situation with my prescription refills. Despite calling and texting repeatedly, I had to go to urgent care multiple times just to get by. Seems some confuse this doctor's office with their Urgent Care (never been there) and leave poor reviews so I'm compelled to share my positive experience as a patient for close to 4 years now. These medical professionals quite literally helped save my life. Specifically Dr's. Kahn, Lamon and more recently, Meza.
