I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Went to get a test done, that took a while. The issue is not that it took a while though. The issue is that they gave me a guarantee that I'll have my results by a certain hour. That promise was the only reason I went there in the 1st place. They ended up not holding their promise and kept delaying the results. I ended up going to another urgent care and got the results within hours.. same day.

Have been waiting for 24 hours for my lab results I am very sick I was told that the results will be out by midnight but I have still not received anything! The phone number does not work I called the office around 65 times with no answer this is very unprofessional! I had to drive to the urgent care AGAIN to get my lab result and they were closed on a Tuesday afternoon If you are sick and need help don’t go to this urgent care because they do not care about their patients and give you fake promises on your test and results
