Paid 150.00 for a Covid test. Called twice to get my results emailed to me and still don’t have them. It’s been 72 hours. At this point I just want my money back.. Update: my results were sent to the wrong person. HIPPA violation.
I went there to just get my ears checked, waited for 35 min, just to be told it’s required I get tested for Covid which is an extra $145 dollars.
Staff was incredibly professional and friendly and the facility was very clean. I was there for a somewhat embarrassing treatment but felt no judgement. While I do not have a phobia of needles, I am not the biggest fan, and the young woman who drew my blood was incredibly understanding and patient. My appointment was done in a flash. It is a bit expensive as they don't take insurance, but I knew that ahead of time and had enough to cover the procedure, then they provided me with the paperwork needed to request reimbursement ... read more
