Worst Freaking Experience EVER! My dad hasnt been seen my the provider since Aug25 I had my baby on Oct25 everytime we have had an appointment the nurses tell me “ Oh we will call you later to make you the next available appointment”. That has always been their thing. April I called to see if i could get an appointment but no luck obviously provider full schedule. I was referred to this specific location by the tricare nurse advice line. They gave me a referral number. I walked in and after much confusion, I was told that their (singular) provider cannot accept tricare. They offered no assistance or recommendations. For what it’s worth, there were 10 or so other people in the lobby, many sounding frustrated.
This is not an urgent care. They cannot see you if you aren’t already an established patient.
This is the most unprofessionally run clinic I have ever been to. If I could rate it a Zero I would! I got here at 1 because that is the time they told me they conduct drug screens for work. When I arrived at 1, the door was locked. At 1:10, door was still locked. All the meanwhile I could hear women laughing like cackling chickens inside. Someone finally peeped out for a few seconds to tell me they were having a meeting. A meeting? Really? Wait..it gets better.
