Great staff and thorough care.
The staff was just amazing today! Porsha at reception and Victoria in the exam room. Both intelligent young professional women who truly took an interest in my care. Highly recommend for urgent care appointments.
Disorganized. Inconsiderate of other peoples times and needs. They don’t send you forms to fill out until 2 minutes before your scheduled appointment and even after you complain about it they’ll still do it. Forms should be sent hours in advance or 15 minutes if we have to fill it out. They expect you to be made ready for your appointment, but do not notify you of any doctors that cancel their appointments with you. They’d be quick to bill you for that had you done it.
