I just had the most amazing experience this morning. All employee's were welcoming and caring. The nurse was so efficient asking many questions and then doc Hirata came in. She spent so much time with me asking questions. I left with hope which was all I really needed. She even told me I could come back in 2 weeks and check in with her. Wow...there are doctors who care. I have had many visits to this Urgent Care and always have felt really cared for. Blessings to you all for your home town true care.
First time visit and did not read reviews before going: 1) When checking in the receptionist told my daughter that she could not have a fever, rash, body aches AND abdominal pain. 2) The bathrooms have no hot water. 3) After my daughter said she had a bit of a sore throat days before she was given a strep culture even though she clearly didn’t have strep (which she has had before). 4) Upon being told to leave I found the front door deadbolted. They helped me so many times not just me but my babies as well, they do such a good job. I have no complaints.
