Why am I waiting over half hr in waiting room when I'm being told there's 1 patient in the whole facility?! Literally called and was told there was "no wait time" by Aubrey! Then she is just totally uncaring for the time of others and doesn't care to check the back to see what's going on smh
Wait time was hours long even with appointment. 1 doctor on staff only & 3 ppl in the waiting room. Saw dr for abt 3 minutes.
its sad we were here 3:30 and waited till 6:30 closed Dr still not showing up .
We had an appointment and waited from 3:30 to almost closing time at 6:30, yet the doctor never showed up. This was extremely disappointing. Neither the front desk staff nor the nurse informed us about the expected wait time, which added to the frustration. In the end, we had to leave without being seen. Very poor service and a lack of communication. We are going to change family Dr .
