Had a Telehealth appointment appointment that the nurse called me and prep for but the doctor never called , and this is not the first time this office plus the others let me or my children down, were done here… go else were they slso jjst be charging , get your billing even if you dont have to pay and check it out , they bathroom stay nasty which is why I rather Telehealth it’s just a disgusting place

Terrible service. Had me waiting for 3.30 hours for a 5 minutes session. I don't recommend unless you have time to waste

I had one of the worst experiences at this hospital, and sadly it was not the first time. I went there on an emergency basis with my child, who was crying in severe pain. Naturally, as a parent, you expect urgent care and compassion in such a situation. Instead, they kept us waiting for a long time, giving false hope that we would be seen soon.
