I had one of the worst experiences at this hospital, and sadly it was not the first time. I went there on an emergency basis with my child, who was crying in severe pain. Naturally, as a parent, you expect urgent care and compassion in such a situation. Instead, they kept us waiting for a long time, giving false hope that we would be seen soon. Such a waste of time! Don’t come here you will not be helped properly and they will play with your time. Please find someone who truly cares for you unlike these people.
Dr Jaqueline was great when I went in but so far I haven’t heard back AT ALL about being seen from a specialist. I’ve waited 2 damn weeks since the visit and haven’t heard a single thing. Dr mikes clinic overall SUCKS. No matter what location you go to you’ll be waiting 2-4+ hours to be seen only for them to not really help you out. It’s upsetting. Such a waste of time. Go find a real place with REAL doctors that truly care for your well being.
Best change I’ve made for myself and the family. I live Barstow but love my freedom so I take the drive. I also love the customer service as well as professionalism that this location carry’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I called in the morning & confirmed i could "walk in". I waited approximately 10 minutes after filling in paperwork & was promptly seen by a nurse. 20 minutes later the Doctor saw me. Seemed pretty efficient to me. Doctor was very helpful. I went in for a physical.
