very fast kind and compassionate NP is very educated nurses and assistant was very kind

I’ve been here twice so far. For myself and for a child. We were in and out in a decent amount of time. The Nurse Practitioners I’ve encountered there are helpful and nice, they asked questions and listened. That’s sometimes hard to find. Front desk experience is hit or miss. My recent visit they were pleasant, first visit not so much but that doesn’t bother me. Long as you get the help you need, which we did.
I usually do not go to a Urgent Care site as I have a good primary care physician. Well, this felt urgent to me as I feel like I have a UTI and can't wait to get into my Dr's office. I was seen in a timely manner and was treated well. The person who seen me indicated that I had blood in my urine and asked if I have any problem with my kidneys. She sent my urine out.
