I have suffered from fibromyalgia and polyneuropathy for 3 years, constant unrelieved pain at 7-10 pain scale. We found Dr. Shah online and contacted him and got my ketamine infusion scheduled. I was pain free after first infusion and only had 1-2 pain 2 days post infusion, and was 0 out 10 after second infusion and have remained pain despite my normal triggers like cold front and excessive stress and activity. After having my infusions canceled with a different provider, I searched and found Dr. Shah. On the phone consultation, we discussed the fact that I had previous experience with infusions and he agreed to move forward following an in-person consult, as long as it was determined it was a good fit. He was able to meet with me within the same week of my phone consult, and after meeting, agreed to move forward. This was crucial to not have a lapse in infusions, which would have been a setback.
