I almost killed my dog through my own stupidity. These people answered the phone immediately and saw me within 15 minutes! Life savers <3
I was seen within 20 minutes of calling them. They have an easy to use app that shows where you’re at in line. I cannot say enough good things about all who work at Urgent Animal Care of Arlington. From the minute you walk in, having a separate room, it was all wonderful! Provided some very useful advice for a first time dog 🐶 owner.
I brought my cat here after she got sick, and it was the best decision I could have made. The fear free examination room made my cat as calm as I've ever seen her, and Dr. Abato, Gisele, Josh, and Eli helped me stay as calm as possible by answering all my questions thoroughly and being really communicative during the visit. They also responded promptly when my insurance needed some extra paperwork after the visit. If my pets ever get sick again, this will be the first place I take them.
Quick service, saw us right away, kind, patient with our dog. I really appreciated how patient they were with our baby and how calm and present they were with us. My daughter was very emotional watching the exam but they walked us through everything and what was going on with him. Luckily it wasn’t anything too serious. They prescribed some meds and explained everything. I’m so relieved we have an animal urgent care near us and that they are a great staff. Thank you Dr. Abato and staff.
