I did not have a good experience at this urgent care. The nurse practitioner with the Beulah hoodie did not treat my issue. She did not take my issue seriously. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. I will not be going back!
Such a great place for quick examinations and treatments/prescriptions. My mom doesn’t speak much English but there are two staff here who are always understanding and giving her the best treatment. She’s had bad experiences with a few staff but she trusts those two and continues to go whenever there is a medical issue. Katelyn and a front desk lady (whose name I unfortunately forgot but starts with a J) are fantastic.
No one wants to get sick, especially on a holiday. On July 4, I woke up with a bad rash. My wife looked at options and we decided to go to UrgenCare Auburn. We had a great first visit to this clinic. Ms. Cappuccino, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. The Nurse Practitioner, Katelyn Oliver, was knowledgeable and professional. These doctors have been absolutely incredible with me! Their staff are quick, professional, and incredibly kind, they have given me more preventative treatment for POTS than even my cardiologist has. Everyone I know visits this place for urgent care needs and loves it.
