The wait time was minimal, and Dr Thibault was very caring and welcoming from the start. He was thorough and explained everything well and in a friendly manner. I felt I was in excellent care; highly recommended!
I had a very good experience with Dr Lachlan Byth and the team. The reception staff were kind, respectful and quick to answer my questions. They were also able to arrange an earlier follow up appointment for me which I really appreciated. The nursing staff were very friendly and caring, Dr Byth was professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything, made me feel comfortable and was kind and reassuring during the procedure. I felt very well looked after and would highly recommend the Team here

There is no short way of explaining this experience. After dealing with acne scars for years I researched and learned there’s only a handful of doctors in Sydney who specialise in this. Dr Adrian lim came up consistently as a professional and trusted dermatologist. I tried to book with him in 2024, he was not taking new patients, the receptionist assured me all dermatologists at the clinic are equally knowledgeable and experienced.
