Don't rent from this company if you can help it. Terrible management. I rented from this group for four years. They returned my security deposit and then nailed me with charges after we terminated the lease. I tried to negotiate a fair settlement, but they turned it over to collections. Poor treatment for a long-term, loyal customer.
