We arrived at 7:35am for a 8am appointment. It is now 10:28 and they are just starting the cleaning. The time thus far has been high pressured upselling for additional products and services. The treatment plan for a bridge for a missing tooth was $29k. The reduced price was $15k. Im guessing that was the " if you agree today price." Lol. Aliyah & Dr. Nelson - very comfortable and very nice people, didn’t feel anything.
I came in for two wisdom teeth extractions that were looking a little complicated, but the doctor was outstanding. Professional, thorough, and genuinely reassuring throughout both extractions. The procedures went smoother than I ever expected, minimal discomfort, and the recovery has been great so far. My experience at URBN Dental was incredibly frustrating and felt like a complete scam. I went in expecting a routine visit with X-rays and a standard cleaning. I have good dental insurance, and these services are supposed to be covered. For context, I have always taken great care of my teeth. I go to the dentist every six months, brush and floss regularly, and I’m usually complimented on how healthy my teeth are and how well I maintain them.
