Wow, never had such an un-professional company that I’ve had to deal with, I am an property owner dissatisfied with the service I am provided. Chuck is extremely hard to get ahold of , anyone here seems to give you the run around or not help at all. I could do a better job. Waste of money, we’re a small association without much money. I would just appreciate a prompt response and to feel my money is well spent.

I am on a board of a condo association managed by Urbanwood. In my experience Urbanwood, Chuck and Susan are absolutely first rate and provide outstanding service. Managing condos and townhomes is a tough business. Unfortunately, one cannot please everyone, and my educated guess is that the "bad" review of Urbanwood is by a homeowner not a board member. I live in an association managed by Urbanwood and have found Chuck and Susan to both be top notch. They are always there for us, provide service that is both professional and personal, and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that has been a great advantage to our neighborhood. Everything has always been transparent, direct and completely honest and open. Chuck has enhance our sense of neighborhood with his friendly and welcoming style and meetings are better attended now than ever before.

Chuck Krumrie engaged in what I consider to be corrupt business practices with our home owner association. Wasted money, expenses "hidden" from homeowners. Chuck lied to a homeowner, then lied to the board which created an adversarial situation based on the lies that destroyed amicable relations within the community, and cost the association thousands.
