The front staff were easy to work with. They solved an issue and helped me work through it. The technician that came to measure was very thoughtful and detailed. The installers were terrific and professional. My countertops are beautiful, and I had a great experience with Urban source countertops. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

Great selection and service.
I recently had them do a 2nd job for me. In 2022 they replaced the counters in my kitchen. Now they created granite counters for my primary bathroom and hallway bathrooms, a granite mantel for the fireplace and a ledge in the primary bathroom. Results are beautiful. They all look so great. All of the staff (office, warehouse, installers and measurement tech) are extremely patient and professional. They worked with me while I created my vision and had helpful suggestions. Prices were very reasonable in my opinion.
