Great place clean and super efficnet. Recptionists are always helpful and nice. But the main feature is Dr Simon Sarpong. He is awesome goes the extra distance thorough a good listener and also funny. Great guy all around! 10 out of 10.
Extremely disappointed with the experience I had today at Urban Pulse. A few days ago I called on the phone and informed them specifically I needed a TB skin test done. Whomever I spoke with on the phone said that they do offer this service and booked me in for an appointment. I took time off of work to drive all the way there and when the Doc came in he wasn't even aware what I was there for. He then informed me that they didn't offer this service. Just tried to call to make an appointment ....no answer and voicemail just said it wasn't set up and Good bye Not very professional
