Just tried to call to make an appointment ....no answer and voicemail just said it wasn't set up and Good bye Not very professional
If 0 was possible I would provide that. All advertising says walk ins welcome. NO wait times etc. Drive in for an hour only to be told they only accept walk is from 9-12. You need to book an appt. We only have one doctor on site. Typical rhetoric. Really poor experience.
Communication here really needs improvement. After an important test, I had to call several times over multiple days and still didn’t get a call back. Messages weren’t passed along, and I only got my results after pushing hard. Patients shouldn’t have to chase their doctor for follow-up. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve this. Do better!!!! Beautiful ambiance, excellent physicians (Dr. Sarpong, Dr. Fadeke and others) and courteous staff. I was attended to in a very timely and professional manner. We are indeed happy to have such a wonderful practice in the neighborhood and I strongly recommend them. Big ups to the UrbanPulse Clinic team!!!
