I own a fridge stocking/pre-arrival grocery concierge service in Nashville and couldn't speak more highly of the UrbanNashville team and their properties! Communication is top-notch, and they clearly take pride in what they do. Be sure to check them out if you're planning a trip to Nashville, or if you're a Nashville STR investor looking for great management!
I truly enjoyed my stay with Urban Love in Nashville. It was my first time ever visiting the city and staying at their rental made being a first timer a breeze. Love staying here. Clean and spacious and close everything. Our only complain is the AC is loud but it was easily fixed by them providing ear plugs.
Loved staying at the Iris Boutique motel! Close to restaurants and the new Vanderbilt doctors offices at 100 oaks. As soon as we walked into the room, it smelled so clean! The bed was comfy and sheets were very clean and crisp! I only have 2 small complaints. First, the air conditioner was loud and never seemed to get cool enough in the room. Second, no bar soap, which is nothing to complain about really, it’s just a preference for myself. Other than those, the room and stay was wonderful!
