Totally enjoyed this modern one bedroom cottage only a two minute walk to all the amenities in 12 South. Very safe and lush neighborhood. Short ride to Broadway . Highly recommend!!!
Paige and her team at Urban Nashville manage our home as a rental but also rent to us when we had family in town — both experiences have been excellent. They’re consistently responsive, even with last-minute requests, and go out of their way with things like arranging a plumber same-day, or an ac repair during a heat wave. Guests consistently call out the cleanliness in their own reviews, which reflects how well her team maintains the property. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved our stay! This was our second visit to Nashville, and this property was a great choice. Perfect location—close to Broadway but far enough away for a quieter stay. Broadway is about 10 minutes by car or a 25-minute walk. In summer, Uber was our choice; for 3 people, it was only $6–$13, compared to about $40 for Broadway parking.
