This company is not a company you want to work for as they have the worst management and employees. Our invoice is way over due and they haven't yet paid us. Each time I call they have same answer will get this paid this Friday and how many Friday it's been. If you are a contractor run from this company. Horrible service.
People who hate Vic Remmers and Everett Custom homes would also do well to pay attention to Portland Development Group. This company is just as guilty of buying up old, historic homes, demolishing them with an antagonistic and patronizing attitude toward neighborhood residents and building monstrous, beige carpeted, urban McMansions with cheap materials at lightning speed and sold at historically very high prices for the neighborhoods.
