Currently living in the units they have on 17th St. I had to move in quickly and pay a prorated deposit as my last place had a shootout in the complex. Honestly would have been better staying at my last place where there was shootout for $300 more. I have been living here 6 months now & the last 4-5 months with rats (thank God they haven’t been inside my place but they were probably already there when I moved in) & they have yet to handle the solution and are very misleading with a proper solution. If I could I would not give these ppl a 1 star. I gave these ppl my deposit the first week of July my move in date was 07/29/2022 when I got my keys I went to the apartment and walked in and it was really hot so I checked to see if the a/c was on the a/c was on auto at 78 degrees but it was 93 degrees in the house I tried to call urbanity properties and could not speak to nobody the automatic teller machine gave me the option to put in a emergency maintenance request so I did at 10am and then at 1pm and then at 5pm I still h... read more
The unit we're staying in near 24th is an incredibly cute apartment! It's seems centralized to everything we need, and also just 2 blocks away from the brewery I work for. The upgrades are nice, fresh, and easily maintained. The interior layout/design helps keep some of the summer heat at bay. Our property's main shared courtyard feels safe because it's fenced/has security cameras, and it stays well groomed to give off a fantastic first impression to any possible guests. I have lived in my apartment for over 4 years. In that time rent has gone from $550 to $1250 a month. I guess that is the norm for Maricopa county. I was a given a notice that they did not want to renew my lease, that they were going to remodel and get more money. I will be left homeless. Don't get left homeless, use another provider that has concern for the human race.
