Great property management for owners with rentals at Marina Grande condos in Holly Hill.
It’s frustrating how bad their service is. In short, they messed up our move-in, move-out, and everything in between. We moved into a filthy condo (not even wiped down, not to mention the hairballs and holey walls), and they said they’d fix it all. Mostly, they did not. I think their strategy is to say yes and never follow through. (I’ve talked with other renters here who had the exact same experience.) So unless you want another headache to manage, avoid renting from them at all costs.
I called them multiple times and all they asked was for my details and they said they would call back and I was really looking forward to move in one of their listings but I never got that call back all the time .
