This is an amazing gym with outstanding instructors. I did a TRX class and I was so impressed. They used to be on ClassPass, but then stopped. I wish they would get back on ClassPass.
Positive vibes and atmosphere, wonderful instructors. Love the focus during workout sessions. Great functional body training; just loving how it pushes me and getting stronger. I felt really good after workouts. Makes me feel closer to get leaner and fit.
Amazing gym! Workouts are amazing and doable at all levels of fitness - they always have modifications for different fitness levels, injuries, etc. The atmosphere is unbeatable - everyone is so supportive and it feels like a family. The instructor are top notch and always finding new ways to challenge the class. Try it out - they have a free week - you will thank yourself for it!
