High quality engineering wood flooring
I wish I can give zero star. I have to share my bad experience with the sales coordinator. The conversation is very unpleasant and disappointed. Because the floor I want is discontinued, the retailing store has to order from manufacturer. I contacted this urban floor sales coordinator, she told me that the products couldn’t be sold and shipped directly to the customer. Great service and great selection! Urban floor is terrific. They have a wide selection of different flooring from locations around the world. Jimmy, the owner, and his team are focused on Customer Service and really take the time to appreciate the specific requirements for the project. Highly recommended!
Don't do it. They essentially sold us unsealed plans that absorb everything and permanently discolor. Our 6 month old floors look mottled and dirty no matter how much we clean. $50,000 installation job with flooring that we now have to get resurfaced, sealing in all the stains to date. Never again.
