Malik was super friendly and informative! Questioned if anything specific needed special attention. I requested the side screened porch be sprayed, de-webbed really good (again), as we spend a lot of time there. It was done on our last treatment (done every 3 months), but hadn't been done since our very 1st treatment, over a year ago. He delivered, 100%! Thanks so much, Malik!

I’ve used Urbanex for the past year, and unfortunately, none of the pest issues I originally hired them for were fully resolved. We continued to deal with ants throughout the house, a large bald-faced hornets’ nest was able to grow, and there were still spiders all over my garage. I did use their free re-service option once, but it didn’t make a noticeable difference.
