The first appointment by an employee named Nate was good. Then the other appointments for the remaining 11 months were horrible. There is a clear lack of communication within the employees. They would ask me what I needed done instead of reviewing notes from the previous employee. They didn't do the right treatment which caused a further infestation of roaches. They cause my refrigerator to go out as they fried the circuits and almost destroyed my oven. My dog is now so reactive because I was constantly killing all the bugs.... read more
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Urbanex Richmond. I feel that the service and contract were not clearly or honestly explained to me from the beginning. When the representative came to my home, I was asked to sign in connection with my initial payment/service. I was later told that this signature was also being treated as my agreement to a contract. Malik was super friendly and informative! Questioned if anything specific needed special attention. I requested the side screened porch be sprayed, de-webbed really good (again), as we spend a lot of time there. It was done on our last treatment (done every 3 months), but hadn't been done since our very 1st treatment, over a year ago. He delivered, 100%! Thanks so much, Malik!
