I had a great experience with Urbanex of ATX, especially with David M. He called 30–40 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. David showed up with a great attitude and was very professional from start to finish. He did an excellent job inside the house and took care of the exterior as well. These people came to my house at 8:30 pm on a school night. They proceeded to stand on my lawn to pitch us a 100 bucks service because they need to “drain their tank”. They proceeded to hold my roommate hostage and solicit for over 20 minutes. We said no thanks MULTIPLE times for them to manipulate us by saying “oh so you just wanted the front yard done?” TAKE THE HINT
Responded quickly for an off cycle spray! Very responsive and communication was great!
