Showing up at 9pm to solicit, really? Like that will get you a client? Told them I have someone already and they kept asking questions like: who owns the house, for how long, etc Completely inappropriate questions. Get a clue, this is no way to land a client. Instead of harassing research Fayetteville City Ordinance 114.04 Focus on Ordinance 5593 and 5873. Also look at what others are posting here. Killing your business my friend.
Jon L was incredibly knowledgeable and listened to my concerns of areas I would like extra focus on. He also took the time to very carefully spray around any of the bird nests we have around our property. He explained everything he was using and removed a mud dobber nest for me. 100% recommend!

I used Urbanex service for 1 year and do NOT recommend them. I continued to see insects, etc weeks after treatment. My biggest issue with Urbanex is manipulation with verbal contract and overpayment for the product that don't work!!!
if i could give less stars i would i was told i payed a cancel fee to end my services and then 4 days later they charged me 160 more and now say that was tje fee to cancel and wont do anything
