The technician, Evan, came out today to check my termite pods. I've been skeptical about this termite program but when he removed one of the lids all kinds of termite eggs came out. I am now a believer.
The service, so far, is excellent and courteous. They were professional at the door, and Ethan who de-webbed and sprayed the house, was courteous and focused and did a thorough job. He agreed they would notify us before future visits. All is well. Thanks Ethan for a good job today. .
I paid more than 800 dollars for the termite protection system and just because I canceled my renewal they want to take out all the system that was installed a year ago. So what they do is rent it for almost 900 dollars per year? Plus 250 renewal ? That’s ok! You just lost a customer! I wasn’t explained that! I canceled my renewal 2 weeks ago and they still show up to my house to do it! would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would. It started with a salesman named Gabriel coming to our house at 8:30pm to offer us pest control (we thought that was strange- but looked over it). We were hesitant because we did not want to be under a lengthy contract- which he then ensured us that we could cancel at anytime with no additional cost and he even offered to throw in a free mosquito treatment as an incentive.
