I never lived there, but I was in the process of applying for a room and I had a terrible experience. The landlords were ghosting me and they expected me to pay up the deposit while refusing to show me pictures of the bathroom or do a short video call for me to see the building. If you apply for this place, it is really important to not only rely on the 1-2 photos they 're gonna send for the room, but also ask them for pictures of the bathrooms, which they will not send, most likely because they are in terrible condition. Very cool place with great neighbors! Mr. Hooper does an amazing job managing the place!!
Great value and location. The staff were helpful when needed. The room was quiet and had plenty of privacy.
Everything went perfect the site was very clean customer service was outstanding and lexa was great help to take care of my moving in and move out issues. Again such a great place to stay
