There was this guy that did my nails. i don't remember his name but he was really rude. he didn’t talk to me much and wouldn't let me go on my phone with my free hand. I tried telling him when i didnt like what he was doing (ex: wrong shape, nail was lifting) at the end my nails looked exactly how i wanted them to, however there was nail glue everywhere on my fingers, and just looked messy.
Jen is amazing getting my nails so good and wasn’t rough also did my nails so nice I don’t know why people were really dramatic in the reviews
They are always kind and they always seem to be able to fit me in. Which is great because I'm such a procrastinator
I keep giving this place a shot because I like the idea of supporting a family with young kids. However each time I leave disappointed in both the results and experience. Each person there is VERY rude. They tell ppl walking in the wait won’t be long and then they rush your nails. They also make their daughters finish the work (putting cuticle oil on) while they go start on another customer.
