Expecting to need an appointment, I called around 10:10 one holiday weekday; OK, the Tues before New Years. I was asked when I'd like to come in and said soon, if possible. The friendly girl on the phone said I could come in right away, by 10:30. I was then expecting it to be packed and to wait once there but we were helped right away. It truly is "walk-ins welcome!"
