It's been three months and the elevator is still broken. My niece can't visit me because she is in a cast. I have left several messages to management and have not received a response. Many people on the top floor said they are looking for another apartment. It's sad, because the location is great, but like the comments mentioned before mine, it really seems like no one cares about the tenants.
Don’t rent here! I rented an apt at the Farmington Hills location because they look upgraded and pretty for a good price. But there’s been so many maintenance issues that I would run out of words if I recounted them all. Main ones: front door broken for 8 months, as in no door knob to exit so you had to bust the door open every time to exit; leaks!
