I had been lied about my son's insurance benefits. The front desk person (Nikki) have assured me that the procedures would be covered by my insurance. I specifically have asked her to check the benefits left since it was toward the end of the year. She said she did. As I found out later, Urbandale Smiles never even contacted my insurance company to verify the benefits. Basically, they just estimated, but estimated wrong.
