I asked about aerating and over-seeding. They gave me a very reasonable quote which I accepted. It then took a few weeks to get them to actually come out where I kept getting the run around about when they would be out. When they did actually show up they aerated about 80% of my yard but skipped large sections including the two packed down areas that I was most interested in getting aerated.
