I left a voicemail which they never returned. After calling again to get ahold of Craig he said he would come on Saturday. Waited around on Saturday and he didn't show up. I had to follow up at the end of the day to find out he wasn't coming, rescheduled for the next day. He told me he would come between 3-4. I reached out at 4:30 after he no-showed again. He hasn't responded since.
