RecommendedI was referred to Urban Care from a neighbor and it was a great move from my previous health care provider. Dr. Nikoleit is an outstanding doctor with great bedside manner and very personable. Makes you feel comfortable and does not make you feel rushed to get you in and out. I would highly recommend Urban Care and Dr. Nikoleit to anyone.
"This facility sucks". The women working in billing department are very unprofessional. They make you pay co-pay for annual physical claiming it as annual+office visit even if you are eligible for free annual with your insurance. They are very rude if you ask for any clarification and even say you don't need to see the doctor if you don't like our policy.
Patient care for 25+ years & counting, both myself & my spouse. Dr. Urban & his colleagues are excellent. Shout out to PA’s Peggy Preidis, Kelly Harte, when Dr. Urban unavailable. Grateful for this level of care over the years and for their nurses, Linda, Lena, Jen, Magda M.

I have been dealing with scary on going issues for 8+ years, and have avoided the Doctor. Today I was so nervous, but I had called to get some help. I pre-registered and was able to get an appointment the same day. I met with Dr. Duval!!!! Can I just say thank God I found her. She is helping me navigate through so much, and was extremely informative BUT still empathetic. I have found myself a wonderful Doctor. If you need someone with a thorough, kind and caring nature—See Dr. Duval.
