I can’t say enough about the Phlebotomy group at UrbanCare! I went for my annual physical and had to give blood. I am historically a horrible stick as I have deep, rolling veins. Rachel was wonderful! On top of being courteous and professional, she was able to draw my blood on the first try without any discomfort. Thank you so much for making my visit easy and stress free!
In addition to being an excellent doctor, Dr. Urban is always on time and that shows respect for my time. The staff is courteous and helpful.
I love UrbanCare. I have been coming here for many years and always feel respected by their professional staff members. When COVID-19 hit this group did not miss a beat. I go there every other week and every time I went I noticed changes like there were no magazines and then there were signs on the chairs where you weren't allowed to sit. The woman who greeted me had the sweetest personality and instantly made me comfortable. The nurses and doctor that worked with me were very kind and personable! 10/10 recommendation.
Didn’t feel like I was in a conveyor belt. Dr Nikoleit took his time with me. Asking and answering questions. We even had a couple chuckles.
They are so compassionate and helpful! Everyone is concerned about my well being. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Bremer has been my physician for over a decade, and she's the best. She takes as much time as necessary, and I feel that she really cares about my health. She was able to diagnose something that other doctors had missed. I highly recommend her and UrbanCare.
