Going into therapy was a terrible experience for the first ~10 therapists, until I met Kara. I clearly stated that I did not trust her and that she could not understand my situation, as I did with every therapist. She responded differently though - she respected my boundaries until we developed a form of communication. We were then able to begin the real work. Kara is truly empathetic and genuine.
