Dr. Gan is awesome doctor and the staff very nice I recommend Urbana EyeCare to anyone who is looking for a Great Eye Care center. Very friendly staff who makes sure that every patient is completely satisfied with the service they receive
It was an awful experience! I have no idea how other people manage to rate this practice with 5 stars! " Doctor" Irving Gan was very rude and unprofessional, with lack of manners and lack of professional ethics! I am not a type of person who would leave a negative review but this visit made me to do it! If you want to be treated well go somewhere else! Otherwise you might be very upset and disappointed.
I love Urbana Eye Care, Dr Irving is such a wonderful, kind, and very professional Dr., including the staff. He even personally deliver my eyeglasses for I was unable to pick them up. A Doctor with a heart!��
I had an excellent experience going here today. Place was very clean and organize, staff was very courteous and helpful. But what made this visit excellent was because of Dr. Irving Gan he is very knowledgeable and very patient to answer my concerns , oh ! I would like to to mention too that he gave me and my son a very thorough eye exam. honestly, I have been in various eye centers and eye Doctors , but this experience is indeed the BEST. I would not hesitate recommending this Doctor and this eye center to everyone.
