This place is a joke! We got blessed with an opportunity to stay here, all we would have pay was lot rent and whatever utilities, just to find out that I dont have enough rental history and not enough credit history.. that's a bunch of bull.. instead of getting a single mother with 2 kids off the street they have to kick you while your down just to make themselves feel better.. I'm sure there are other parks with better morals.
Management is to involved in people's lives. Lived there for over a year never had a problem. One complaint and all of a sudden I have to move out cause I don't fit criteria due to background. Never causes a problem and always paid on time.
