Can’t get maintenance to unplug the condensate drain that’s plugged up for the second time in a month. Very hard to get maintenance. Maintenance came and took care of the condensate drain and the other issues that the apartment had. He spent a good part of the day fixing the issues. For that thank you.

Very great experience
They dont want to give me my deposit money back.This place is crooked and unprofessional. They raised my rent and allowed me to pay it only to tell me a couple of months later that I couldn't resign my lease. They have a bug problem that they don't address. Very difficult to get in contact with. They tried to act like they have no idea where my money orders went to.
Very hard to get into contact simply with the office staff or should I say office person. I called at 8:00am and no one answered. All other leasing offices have more than one person in office to speak to customers/clients but not this company. If you want to call the office to speak to someone, understand that you Won't get that dealing with these people. I'm curious if people are treated this way because we have low income? Do better with simply answering your calls.
