Answer the phone or at least respond to voice mails please. It is the bare minimum. Showed up in person at 3:37pm on March 18th because no one would return my calls, and the office was closed—despite the website reading the office closes at 5pm

Can’t get maintenance to unplug the condensate drain that’s plugged up for the second time in a month. Very hard to get maintenance. Maintenance came and took care of the condensate drain and the other issues that the apartment had. He spent a good part of the day fixing the issues. For that thank you.
