Can't rate the restaurant cause I couldn't even get in! All locked up and closed well before 11p, as stated on their door. Ironic part is the open sign was still on. I've attempted to come to this location 3 times now that are well within their business hours and the doors are all locked up and lights off.

They knew that they are out of steak but they charged the full price for a meal that includes steak.

Clean, quick, nice modern decor. Order at a kiosk. Food fresh, good portion. Did NOT like the price. They act like a bowl is 11.99, but adding a protein is extra, then there is an automatic 3.5% "service charge". What in the world is that for? I'm doing all the work ordering at a kiosk in paying, there's literally no service at all other than cooking the food. Garbage nickel and dime, bad practice, then of course they ask for tip. The rice bowl with shrimp was good but needed more of the veggies selected. The boneless wings were ok, nothing special. I'm not a fan of kiosks to order, especially since I was the only customer in the establishment at 5:00 PM. It took me quite a few minutes to work through the menus and options. The system tried to upsell the extra charge items and automatically added the 18% "service fee" mentioned by other reviewers. One shrimp bowl, boneless wings, and a draft beer was nearly $40. My vegetarian bowl was greasy, mostly noodles with scant veggies and pineapple (which was $2 extra.) They forgot our order of dumplings. Ordered for dine in, but they called out my name, handed me a sack, and said, "Have a good night." $37 for a mediocre meal for two.
