As an athlete, I tend to break my body a lot and don’t do a great job with upkeeping. Liz does an amazing job listening to all the problems I have and takes a holistic approach in fixing my body. I’ve seen her for menstral cramps, tendinitis, back pain, shoulder impingements, and sleep issues just to name a few. Her experience with acupuncture, massage, and herbs help me get better to continue training. I definitely recommend getting some work done with Liz if you are interested in alternative medicine
