I have been coming for a few months! Always has the nicest costumer service and is extremely accommodating! No matter who I go to they are always very knowledgeable and friendly. When there was a time when my waxer had a personal emergency and couldn't take my appointment front desk gave me a call and I really appreciated it, they even got me with a waxer for the same time as my original appointment which was unexpected but always appreciated! I know emergencies happen and no big deal if I had to reschedule, it’s just a wax.
I go to Urban Waxx Nyberg and like the location and setting. My waxer Ellie is amazing. You can tell she really cares about her clients and wants them to leave happy. She shows a lot of attention to detail and is an excellent listener.
My daughter indicated it was the best brow appointment she has ever had. Sarah had attention to detail and clearly had a special touch for brow waxing. My daughter's brows look amazing!
Sophia was amazing! The best brow wax I've ever had! She was gentle, quick and did a great job! 10 out of 10!
