Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here on 8/14. I have gotten Brazilian waxes many times before, and this day I came in to get waxed the day before my wedding and was waxed my Aurora. She was very nice and easy to talk to, but this was the most painful Brazilian wax I have ever had. When she went to rip one of the strips of wax she had done, (which was huge by the way), I literally shot up in pain. This was my first time trying Urban Waxx after doing my own waxes or other centers. The center its self is inviting and beautiful. I like that it feels more luxurious and less doctor office like. The biggest perk was Sophia, she is a great waxer but she's also so personable! Couldn't recommend her enough especially being in the field myself.
I always feel comfortable here, Alexa does excellent work and is a great conversationalist, she keeps your mind off the process and makes things go quickly and smoothly! Love this place
Because my waxer Mariah is the best!! She makes me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable position. She is friendly and chats during the service. The facility is clean, bright, and comfortable. They offer drinks and snacks while you wait.
