I had a WONDERFUL experience. The friendliness and professionalism of the employees impressed me, and the treatment I received was virtually painless. I will absolutely be coming back in a few weeks! Oh, and an added plus? I had no idea there was a 10% discount on your first visit-- so I'd recommend scheduling a lot of treatments for that one :)
Jessica was fantastic! I love how my eyebrows turned out. She was super friendly and was accommodating that I wasn’t in a super talkative mood after a stressful day. The process was surprisingly quite painless. I had a little confusion getting into the building. It’s apparently locked and you are texted a code which I missed. They were accommodating when I called the number on the building, and opened the door for me. It’s generous that they have drinks and snacks while you wait.
