Love the variety of classes
I have been taking clases here since last Summer. Love all classes and the teachers here. Recently, I just completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Urban Vybe Yoga. It was truly transformative. I believe this training can impact anyone who takes it—because transformation looks different for each of us. What I gained went beyond learning to teach yoga. I built meaningful friendships, met incredible people, and grew in ways I didn’t expect. I’m deeply grateful for the experience. Jo is incredible yogis and teacher.
I recently graduated from Urban Vybe's yoga teacher training program, and it was truly a life-changing experience! The training was so thorough and taught with so much love and care. I feel well-equipped to start teaching classes, but even more than that, I feel like I have gotten to know myself better, become more aligned with my purpose, and grown tremendously as a person and as a yogi. I highly recommend this training for anyone who wants to teach or just wants to go deeper with their practice.
Today I took the Lunch Break class with Andrea. I have wanted to try a yoga class for 2 years since post double knee replacement.i did this class with my daughter. I had the most amazing transcendental, healing experience. Words can’t really describe how much this studio, this class and the instructor Andrea impacted me! I cried like a baby because I proved my to myself that I am strong and brave! And I have felt great all day after the class. Go check this studio out! It’s amazing!
