My most recent experience with Kristal at Urban Village was thoroughly disappointing, which is why I am compelled to leave an unfavorable review. I originally came to this salon as I was in search of a more convenient location than the salon that I have long been going to, I saw that Urban Village had some really great reviews and it was close by so I decided to give it a try.
