The apartments are overpriced, drafty, and of poor quality. I was given an apartment infested with cockroaches to the point where they were living in the walls. I reported it and the “pest control” merely sprayed. The infestation was completely uncontrolled. There was water damage to the ceiling. The windows were so drafty you could feel a breeze coming through them while closed and locked. People kept stealing things off my patio (including plants).
