I really enjoyed my session with Jerry. He was very attentive and thoughtful. I will definitely continue to see him. His office is also very comfortable and welcoming.
My initial visit with Urban Unwind Wellness was terrific. They took the time to listen to my needs, explain what they would do and why, and provide appropriate care for my condition. They were very professional and respectful. I have already booked my next session. And going forward I will be a repeat customer.
Urban Unwind Wellness is a 5-star operating and Jerry is the most knowledgeable therapist I have worked with so far after working with dozens across the country. Jerry has an extensive pre-session evaluation and post-session follow up. His sessions are customized to address my individual issues and stress points. His office is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to parking. I will be regular customer going forward. I highly recommend.
Jerry was very professional and attentive, tailoring the massage to best fit my health and body. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the massage.
My whole experience with Urban Unwind Wellness was fabulous. Making an appointment was very simple and receiving reminders and communication from the business were timely and applicable. The studio is clean and quiet with parking available all around. Jerry is professional but not stuffy and really takes an interest in what you are saying. I will be returning on a regular basis.
