I went to cassandra and got a partial sew in and couldn't have been happier. I travel 6 hours to get my hair done here because the first time I went, cassandra made me feel right at home, and made sure that I left that shop lookin good since I drove all that way. I get to come back tomorrow and this time I'm bringing my friend for her first time getting a sew in, and I can't wait to see how it turns out! :)
My hair turned out nicely so I have no complaints in that area! Customer service area needs improvement. The stylist was working on 2 people before me so she didn't get to me until at least an hour and a half after my appointment time. The price turned out to b more than the max quoted-but that was corrected. But I wasn't even compensated for my time, which is not how I do business. Wouldn't ever come here ghetto and classless the manager is a thief I paid her 280 for a 3 bundle sew in and she only put in two of course I didn't notice till I got home when I went to get my hair fixed you would've thought I was speaking Spanish black people we can't do one another like this eventually they did give my 75 for the bundle but my hair still is flat and a mess not one owner said well sorry for the inconvenience of our theft manager
