After living here for 6 years now, I feel it necessary to speak about the change in management. For the first time since moving in, I can confidently state I don’t dread speaking to the Manager, Louis. Aside from always being kind and friendly being a pleasant change, the biggest difference is certain reasonable rules and standards started being enforced but that isn’t to say he’s a hardass, just competent. I recently got approved for an apartment. The prices are amazing, the location is clean, they have been more than kind when it comes to answering my questions and when it comes to a first time mover, I have a lot! Maddison has been wonderful! They didn’t make me feel rushed or like I had to apply right then and there. Thank you Westmount!
